Allie Groshek, 36, entered her heavenly home on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, in the peace of her beautiful home, which she loved.

Allissa "Allie" Agnus Smith was born July 14, 1988, to her adoring parents, Ronald and Anita Smith in La Crosse, WI. She was an adorably mischievous child, known for her curly hair and quick smile. At a young age, Allie showed an interest and aptitude for art and could always be found sketching or painting. She loved mysteries and ghost stories and shared this passion with her mom and friends. As an adult, Allie was a dedicated and valued employee, finding success working in the insurance industry.

On November 2, 2019, Allie married her beloved husband, Joseph Groshek, in Stevens Point, WI. There, she quickly made many wonderful friends in her new home and will be missed by so many in both Stevens Point and West Salem, WI, her hometown. Allie is survived by her husband, Joe; her parents, Ron and Anita; her siblings, Ronelle (Darren) McVey and Sam (Ashley) Smith; her niece and nephews, Beth, Duke, Owen, and Ben; her parents-in-law, James and Virginia Groshek; her maternal grandparents, Carl and Farrel Deml, and by many aunts, uncles, and cousins who love her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Neil and Helen Smith and her cousins, Gary and Jordan Smith.

Funeral Services for Allissa will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday January 4, 2025 at St. Peter Catholic Church- 800 Fourth Avenue, Stevens Point. Rev John Potaczek will be officiating. Visitation will be held in the Faustina room of St. Peter Parish from 9:00 am until the time of services. Funeral services will also be held in West Salem at a later date.
