Amber L. Glodowski

Amber L. Glodowski, age 42, died Thursday, June 23, 2022 in a tragic house fire. She was born on September 19, 1979 in Stevens Point, a daughter of James and Linda (Helminski) Glodowski.  Amber attended and graduated from SPASH with the Class of 1998. After graduation, she was employed at QuaLex and then R R Donnelley prior to attending Mid-State Technical College and receiving her Medical Assistant Degree. Over the past 10 plus years, Amber was employed at Metro Market (Copps) in Waupaca, Plover and most recent, Stevens Point as a baker. She was an avid reader, and movie aficionado, she enjoyed walks, feeding the ducks in the city parks and spending time with family and friends.

Amber is survived by her son, Elijah Glodowski of Stevens Point; her mother, Linda Glodowski of Stevens Point; her siblings, Jenna Glodowski of Madison and Scotty Glodowski of Stevens Point; Benjamin and Xanis Klein of Stevens Point, honorary parents Jeanne and Todd Jacowski of Stevens Point; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jim in 2018; as well as her honorary sister Amy Jacowski in 2009, and her grandparents.

Funeral Services will be held at the Pisarski Funeral Home, 703 Second Street, Stevens Point on Friday, July 1, 2022 at 11:00AM with Pastor Ray Hass officiating.  Private family burial will be at a later date.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation at the Funeral Home on Friday from 9:00AM until the time of the service at 11:00AM.
