Anita "Neda" M. Lehmann

Anita "Neda" M. Lehmann, age 76, of Junction City, WI died peacefully at home on Friday, December 16, 2022.

Neda was born on October 9, 1946 to the late Robert and Lorraine (Frymark) Sullivan. She attended local schools, graduating in 1964 from P.J. Jacobs High School, Stevens Point.

After high school, the "Free-Spirited" Neda, moved to California with friends. She enjoyed doing art work, especially painting and working with stained glass. She eventually returned to Wisconsin, living in Milwaukee and Madison, before residing in Rochester, New York where she was trained in American Sign Language.

Neda came back to Central Wisconsin and was employed for many years as a Legal Secretary. She met and married William "Bill" Lehmann on June 2, 1984 and the couple settled in Junction City.

She is survived by her special friend, Scott Carey, Junction City; her brothers, Tim Sullivan of Stevens Point and Kevin "Casey" (Sharon) Sullivan of Plover; nephew, Bob Sullivan, Plover; step-son, William Lehmann, Jr.; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Anita was preceded in death by her parents; husband William, Sr.; and her step-son, Michael Lehmann.

According to Neda's wishes, no services will be held.

A Private Family burial will take place at a later date.

Anita's family wants to send a very gracious THANK YOU to the Dr's, Nurses and Staff of Ascension St. Michaels Hospital, 5th Floor, for their excellent care and compassion and especially to Scott Carey for his love, attention, care, dedication and allowing Neda the dignity she desired. You will be forever in our hearts.
