Audrey Carol Bienvenue

Audrey Carol Bienvenue, age 76 a resident of Plover, WI passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday October 19, 2022. Audrey was born and raised in Fort William, Ontario and married Dennis on April 4, 1964. She was the epitome of a stay-at-home wife and mother. But even by the standards of the era, Audrey was an exceptional wife and mother.

She volunteered as a Girl Scout leader, taught curling and bowling to middle schoolers and chaperoned many school trips. She happily followed Dennis, wherever his career took him. First to Oba and then to Hearst where she raised her three children. Then in 1985, she moved with her family to Wisconsin where she worked for many years as a Supervisor at Figi's before retiring.

In her free time, Audrey enjoyed traveling and gardening. When she wasn't outside tending to her flowers and vegetables you would find her traveling to Mazatlan or fishing in Canada. But her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren. She was so proud of each and every one of them. She never missed a music recital, school play, scouting award ceremony, hockey or lacrosse game.

Audrey is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Dennis and her three children Murray, Caroline and Darren (Tina). She is also survived by seven grandchildren Christopher Hassan (Misty), Montgomery, Benjamin, Simon and Maxwell Bienvenue and Michael and Hannah Clark.

Audrey came from a large family with 12 siblings. All have preceded her in death except her brother Joe Busniuk (Thunder Bay, Ontario).

A celebration of life will take place at the family home at 630 Third St, Plover, WI on Sunday October 23, 2022 from 1 to 4PM. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or a similar local charity of your choice.
