Beverly Pechinski

Beverly J. Pechinski, age 82, of Stevens Point, died peacefully on Wednesday Jan. 19, 2022 at Bethany Home in Waupaca.

She was born Feb. 18, 1939 in the Town of Sharon, WI.

She was the only daughter of the late Chester & Esther (Smaglik) Jakush.

She met the love of her life, Donald Pechinski, roller skating and they were married on June 28, 1958 at Saint Peter's Catholic Church in Stevens Point, WI.  He survives.

Beverly co-owned and operated Dun-Rite Cleaners, Stevens Point, for 32 years upon her retirement in 2010.

She enjoyed spending time on the pontoon boat at the cottage in Phillips, WI.  Trips to the casino, playing cards with her friends at "club" and shopping.  She also took pride in the home she built and decorated for the season, along with her flower gardens and bird feeders.

She is survived by her husband Donald, three sons: Mike (Jackie) of Stevens Point, Gary (Jeni) of Stevens Point and Duane (Lori) Pechinski of Plover.

Two daughters: Linda (John) Zick of Stevens Point and Denise (Carl) Koprowski of Stevens Point.

She was preceded in death by her son-in-law:  Randy Koch

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday Jan. 26, 2022 at St. Bronislava Catholic Church at 3200 Plover Road in Plover.  The Very Rev. Ed Shuttleworth will officiate.  Burial will take place in the Guardian Angel Cemetery is Stevens Point.  Visitation for family and friends will be from 9:30 AM until the start of Mass at 11:00 AM at the Church on Wednesday morning. Pisarski Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family.
