Carla J. Wilkinson

Our beloved sister, Carla J. Wilkinson, 68 of Stevens Point passed away peacefully at her home the morning of August 6, 2023, after a short battle with cancer.

She was born February 3, 1955 to the late Harold (a/k/a Fuzzy) and Marcine (Mayek) Wilkinson. She was an avid fan of Elvis Presley and enjoyed hobbies such as crafts and puzzles. She also enjoyed family gatherings of all kinds.

She is survived by her siblings, Kathy (Dick) Kellerman, Cindy (Don) Kohl, Paula (Ron) Skrenes, Doreen (Larry) Eckendorf, Denise (Daniel) Seavers, Gayle Merdan (Mike Wilson), John Wilkinson, Kurt (Diana) Wilkinson and Wendy (John) Hoppe. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Julie Wilkinson and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Her memory will live on forever in our hearts. Chris Lewandowski was Carla's longtime friend for many years as a testament to the strong bond between them, and they shared many happy times together.

I Carla was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Marcine Wilkinson and her brother Todd Wilkinson.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 14, 2023 at the Pisarski Funeral Home of Stevens Point. Chaplain Mark Lewis officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM Monday morning until the time of services. Burial will follow in the St. Stephens Parish Cemetery.

The family wishes to thank Compassus Hospice and their compassionate staff, especially Alex, for their kindness and  care given to Carla, and their essential support and comforting presence to her family during her time in hospice care.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Carla's name to the Hospice Program would be appreciated.
