Carol A Trzebny

Carol A Trzebny (Dachyk) of Plover, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Wausau Aspirus Hospital, surrounded by her family at the age of 82. Born on February 27, 1942, in Waukesha, WI, she was the daughter of Joseph and Ann (King) Dachyk. Carol graduated from Maria High School in 1959 and married Wayne Trzebny on May 4, 1964. Although they later divorced, Carol cherished her family and the time spent with them.

Carol enjoyed a fulfilling career working at Krembs Furniture, Holiday Inn, Coca-Cola, and concluded her professional journey at Remax Realty. She was known for her love of breakfast outings with friends, attending family reunions, and trips to the casino. Carol was passionate about playing sheepshead, hosting family gatherings, and sharing her baking creations with everyone. A devoted fan of the Badgers and Packers, she never missed a game.

She is survived by her children, Gail (Bill Jr) Ferg, Kelley (Adam) Pearce, and Craig (Sheila) Trzebny; her grandchildren, Sam (Dustin) Trzebny, Draven (Jordyn) Ferg, and Sara Ferg; and one great-grandson, Levi Ferg. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph & Ann Dachyk; her in-laws, Roman & Lucille Trzebny; her sisters & brothers-in-law, Janet (John) Wojcik & Kathy (Michael) Miller; and an infant daughter, Sara.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Carol will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at St. Bronislava Catholic Church, 3200 Plover Road, Plover, with Rev. Arturo Vigueras officiating. Burial will take place at Guardian Angel Cemetery. Visitation is on Wednesday, at St. Bronislava Church, from 9:00AM until the time of service.
