Chris N. Mortier, age 40, of Plover, died on Tuesday morning, March 2, 2021 with her loving family at her side. Chris was born on June 1, 1980 in Milwaukee, a daughter of Gerald "Jerry" and Bonnie (Gruetzner) Mortier.
She was married and later divorced.
She attended Plover/Whiting Schools and graduated from SPASH and Mid-State Technical College with a degree in Accounting.
Chris was employed as an Accountant for ODC in Wisconsin Rapids.
She was a member of St. Bronislava Catholic Church and enjoyed reading, traveling and exercising but first and foremost, being a Mother to her three beautiful children where she shared bicycle rides, road trips and Marathon events with them as a family. Her co-workers at ODC were more than friends, they were her extended family. Family was her "Happy Place!".
She is survived by; her children, Madisyn, Mason and Hunter; her parents, Jerry and Bonnie of Plover; grandparents, Arthur and Shirley May Gruetzner; grandmother Pauline Mortier; siblings, Jerry (Jessica) Mortier and Heather (John) Kaminski; nieces and nephews, Taylor (Nick), Jordan (Gabe) and Caitlyn Kaminski, May, Quinn and Nora Mortier; numerous cousins, other relatives, her work family and many, many friends.
She was preceded in death by; her grandfather, Harold Mortier; Uncle, David Mortier; cousin Sheri Mortier and niece, Dakota Kaminski.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00AM on Friday, March 5, 2021 at St. Bronislava Catholic Church, 3200 Plover Rd, Plover with Rev. Ed Shuttleworth presiding. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a visitation at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home, 2900 Plover Rd. from 4:00PM – 7:00PM on Thursday, March 4, 2021 concluding with a Parish Rosary. A visitation will also be on Friday morning, prior to the mass, at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home, from 9:00AM until 10:30AM.
