Christine Helen Eiden (1950-2025)

Christine (Chris) Helen Eiden, aged 74 of Plover Wisconsin passed away peacefully on January 25 surrounded by her loving family. Chris was born in Stevens Point, the daughter of the late Loretta and Benedict Eiden. She attended local schools and graduated from Maria High School. She married Peter Kintop (later divorced) and the two share a daughter Erin Kintop. For most of her career, Chris worked in medical administration for St. Michael's Hospital, where she made lifelong friends along the way.
Chris could light up a room with her smile and wonderful sense of humor. Family and friends considered her the life of the party with her quick wit and giving heart. She was a lover of a good cup of coffee, and you would find her at her favorite local restaurants (with her breakfast club) on Saturday mornings. She loved the Stevens Point Farmers Market and made many friends there. She was also a strong supporter of Stevens Point small businesses.

Some of Chris' hobbies were reading books, gardening, knitting gifts for her family, listening to music, and watching funny movies, after which she would hilariously quote her favorite lines. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved her many travel excursions with Erin and riding the train to get there.
Our beloved Chris was a loving and proud mother, sister, and aunt. She loved and dedicated herself to her mini dachshunds, Lolly, and the late Schnitzel. Chris enjoyed rooting for the Packers and also a good fish fry.

Christine is survived by her daughter Erin Kintop, her sisters Judy (Romie) Kizewski of Plover, Bonita Eiden (Frank Morganti) of Florida, her brothers David Eiden of Stevens Point, Daniel (Dana) Eiden of Stevens Point, and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life for Christine will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday January 30, 2025 at the Pisarski Funeral Home-703 Second Street. Visitation will be held a the funeral home on Thursday morning from 10:00AM until the time of services.
