Christine A. Goretski

Christine (Chris) A. Goretski, aged 58, of Stevens Point, passed away peacefully at home on February 8th, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on January 23, 1967, to Frederick and Florence Zificsak, Christine lived a life full of love and adventure.

On August 10th, 1996, she married Randall (Randy) Goretski, with whom she shared nearly 28 wonderful years. Christine had a passion for camping and ATV riding, and she cherished the time spent with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren.

She is survived by her children Nathan, Nick, and Danielle (Xavier), and her adored grandchildren Major, Asher, Ma'Kye, and Ma'Kendrick. Christine is also survived by her father, Frederick Zificsak of Plover, WI, her siblings Dawn (Mike) Peters of Milan, TN, Patrick (Gail) Zificsak of Plover, WI, and Mike (Tracie) of Oshkosh, WI, as well as her sister-in-law Dawn (Manuel Jr.) Harn. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends Chris and Kenny Hintz.

Christine was predeceased by her husband, Randall (Randy) Goretski, and her mother, Florence Zificsak.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13th, 2025, from 11am until 1pm at the Pisarski Funeral Home, 703 Second Street, Stevens Point. A rosary will be prayed at 1pm, followed by burial in the Guardian Angel Cemetery. Pisarski Funeral Homes are honored to be serving the family.
