Cynthia "Cindy" L. Makuski

Of Stevens Point passed away late Thursday afternoon, December 28, 2023 at her home. Age 42 Cindy was born June 1,1981 in Stevens Point.

She is the daughter of Mary (Hedrington) Makuski of Stevens Point and the late Richard "Rick" Makuski.

She attended local grade schools, graduating from Lincoln High School and obtained an Associated Degree from UW- Stevens Point in Criminal Justice.

Cindy was currently working at Aspirus – St. Michaels Hospital in Environmental Services.

In her free time Cindy enjoyed reading, doing puzzle books and spending time with friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Cindy's name will be established at a later date.

Survivors include her two children: Hailey Makuski of Oshkosh, and Lucus Makuski of Plover, and her mother Mary Makuski of Stevens Point.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father Richard Jr., and her brother Richard III.

A Memorial Celebration will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Mak's Bar in Stevens Point from 12 Noon until 6:00 pm.
