Darlene D. Wroblewski, 78 of Plover, died on July 7, 2023 at her home, after surviving a long courageous battle of cancer for 24 years.
Darlene was born on February 4, 1945 in Amherst Junction. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Clara (Zurawski) Marquard.
Darlene worked as a cook at the Frontier Restaurant in Amherst as well as the Debot Center in Stevens Point.
Darlene was a member of the VFW Auxiliary 10262 of Plover and a PCCW member of St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover.
Survivors include her daughter: Lori (Bruce) Schoenherr, Son: Jeff Wroblewski Granddaughter: Beth Wroblewski. Siblings: Rita Iwanski, Eddie "Sonny" (Carol) Marquard, Elaine (Bill) Ferg, Tom (Dianne) Marquard, Richard Marquard, Gary (Mariann) Marquard, and Randy Marquard.
She is further survived by her Great- Grandchildren: Skyler Zblewski; Connor Zblewski; and Dayton Sankey, as well as a Great-Great Granddaughter Kinsley. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews, a Great- Great Niece, and a grand fur baby named Bear. They all kept her on her tippy toes, and they were all the loves of her life.
She is preceded in death by: Her parents, her only grandson Nicholas "Nick" Wroblewski, and niece Tammy Marquard.

A Mass Of Christian Burial will be held for Darlene on Wednesday July 12, 2023 at 11:00AM at St. Bronislava Catholic Church-3200 Plover Road, Plover. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30AM until the time of service. The Very Reverend Ed. Shuttleworth will be officiating. Burial will be held in the parish cemetery at a later date.
