Donna M. (Marie) Hoffman

Of Plover passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Maple Ridge Assisted Living in Plover, while under the care of Heartland Hospice with her loving family at her side.

Age 68 Donna was born April 8, 1953 in Waukegan, IL. She was the daughter of the late Edward B. and Ann Rose (Hovatin) Baumgartner.

Her marriage to Richard H. Hoffman took place on September 14, 1974 in Zion, IL. After their marriage the couple settled in Illinois, moving to the Plover area in 2001. Donna was a Customer Service Representative at Lands End for many years.

Donna enjoyed socializing with family and friends, music and loved reading, she also enjoyed traveling with her husband Richard.

In Lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established at a later date.

Survivors include her husband Richard of Plover, her two sons; Paul (Lori) Hoffman of Stevens Point, and their children Conner and Kylie, and Mark (Sarah) Hoffman of Twin Lakes, WI, and their son Talan. Further survived by one Brother Dave Baumgartner and one Sister Lois Baumgartner both of Beach Park, IL. Donna was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 2911 Plover Road, Plover. Entombment will be held at a later date in the St. Bronislava Parish Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 2:00 P.M. Tuesday afternoon until the time for services.
