Elaine Laszewski

Elaine Laszewski passed away at age 87 on Monday, April 18, 2022.

She was in her home with her loving husband and family nearby. Elaine was born in 1935 to the late Milton and Doris (Neubauer) Miller in Weyauwega. Being the only daughter, she became a skilled homemaker alongside her mother. They were both known to be hard workers and hospitable, always having extras at their dinner table. She attended Butternut Grade School and graduated from Weyauwega High School.

She married her husband, Norb Laszewski in 1958. In 1960 their family grew to include their only child, Scott Laszewski. Elaine was known as a kind, poised and quiet woman, usually found in her kitchen, garden or teaching Bible truths to those in her community. When in small groups and while playing games, she was happy to let her humorous and competitive side shine.

In her 63 years of marriage, she enjoyed looking to Bible principles on how to be a supportive Christian wife and lovingly look after her family and congregation. Elaine will be missed by her husband, daughter in law, grandchildren and surviving family and friends.

Her memorial will be held on Zoom on May 2nd, 2022 at 7:00 PM Central, and a minister of Jehovah's Witnesses will conduct the service. The meeting ID to attend is 847 3183 7700, and the password is 988121.
