Gaylord L. Lepper

Gaylord L. Lepper, age 88, of Mosinee, passed away peacefully, on Saturday morning, October 22, 2022 at Aspirus Hospital-Plover with his family at his side.

He was born on April 7, 1934 in Stevens Point, a son of the late Walter and Ruby (Philbrick) Lepper.

Gaylord attended P.J. Jacobs High School.

He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1953 to 1957.

On November 24, 1962, he was united in marriage to the former Louise Pawlik at St. Peter Catholic Church in Stevens Point.  The couple made their home in the Town of Guenther, Marathon County.

He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.  In his free time, he enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing, bird watching, & spending time with family & friends.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Louise; children, Kevin (Patty), Collin (Amy), Melanie (David), Tim (Becky), and Ryan; 7 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren; siblings, Bob (Barb), Dennis (Irene), & Judy Molski; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Gaylord was preceded in death by his parents & 13 siblings.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter Catholic Church, 800 4 ^th Ave., Stevens Point at 10:30AM on Friday, October 28, 2022 with the Rev. Arul Joseph Visuvasam officiating. A private burial will be at a later date at Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King. Family and friends are invited to a Visitation on Friday in the St. Faustina Room of St. Peter Church from 9:00AM until the time of the mass.
