Jerry would like to say a special thank you to Dave Everson and his cousin Karen Snyder. Dave, no one could ask for a truer friend and I thank you for being one to me. Karen, you are more like a little sister to me, and I am so glad that we stayed in each other's lives all these years and were able to see each other over the past few.
