Jersey Lee Howe

Jersey Lee Howe, 15, of Stevens Point, passed away on Thursday, June 23 ^rd while on a trip to Washington DC.

Jersey was born May 25 ^th , 2007 in Chippewa Falls, Wi along with her twin brother Evin Howe. She is the daughter of Keri (Jim) Rowan and Step Father Joseph (Rebecca) Rowan.

She attended PJ Jacobs school where she met a lot of amazing people and friends she loved very much and excited to be attending SPASH in the fall.

She enjoyed attending the Boys & Girls club after school and making new friends there. She was also excited to be new to the Portage County Youth Soccer Aspirus team, learning soccer and meeting new people. Jersey loved baking cookies with her papa Randy and just sitting down & having casual talks. Her best pastime was with family and friends, chasing roosters, watching movies, listening to her music, camping, taking nature walks, taking pictures and just loving life.

Jersey had a large extended family and leaves to cherish her memory her mother Keri (Jim) Rowan, Step father Joseph (Rebecca) Rowan, Grandmother Kim (Randy) Kent, Grandfather Ronald (Gwen) Gipson, Grandfather Robert (Dee) Degaro, Great Grandparents Robert (Diane) Nikolschuetz, Grandparents Todd (Judy) Rowan, Siblings Jayden, Angel, Annabelle, Cariana, Myrica, Emily, Buddy, Olivia & Bentley, Uncle Mike (Marti) Gipson, Aunt Melissa (Jason) Kreise, Cousins Taleigha, Michael Jr & Vanessa, her beloved dog Duke & Rabbits Ariel & Anna, many friends, Great Aunts, Uncles & Cousins.

She was proceeded in death by her twin brother Evin J Howe.

We would like to thank the medical staff in Maryland, the staff at the Boys & Girls club for their quick response and the community of Stevens Point for all their support.

A Celebration of life gathering for Jersey will be held on Saturday July 30, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club of Portage County, 941 Michigan Avenue Stevens Point.
