Lori A.  Yenter

Of   Plover passed away peacefully early Friday morning, June 30, 2023 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital with her loving family at her side.

Age 60 Lori was born January 3, 1963 in Stevens Point. She is the daughter of Ronald Gawlik of Stevens Point, and the late Carol (Wroblewski) Gawlik. She attended local grade schools, graduating from Stevens Point Area Senior High (SPASH) in 1981.

Her marriage to Alan Yenter took place on December 7, 1991 in Stevens Point. After their marriage the couple settled in Plover. Her husband Alan survives.

Lori was a Case Manager for Portage County. In her free time, she enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening and reading. Her most precious time was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Lori's name will be established at a later date.

Survivors include her husband Alan, a Step son Josh Yenter, her two sons Aaron Yenter of Stevens Point and Brandon (Kendra) Yenter of Wisconsin Rapids, three grandchildren Joseph, Brooklyn and Sophie and 2 step grandchildren. Further survived by three brothers Mark (Tina) Gawlik of Stevens Point, Mike (Brenda) Gawlik of Wisconsin Rapids and Brian (Debbie) Gawlik of Milladore.

She was preceded in death by her mother Carol Gawlik.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday July 6, 2023 at St. Bronislava Catholic Church. The Very Rev. Ed Shuttleworth officiating. Burial will held at a later date. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Wednesday evening at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home  2911 Plover Road, and from 9:30 A.M. Thursday at St. Bronislava Church until the time for mass. There will be a Rosary at 6:00 P.M. Wednesday evening to conclude the visitation.
