Margaret "Peggy" M Keel

Margaret "Peggy" M. Keel 66, of Plover, died Wednesday August 3, 2022 in the Palliative Care Unit at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.  Peggy was born on March 7, 1956 in Stevens Point.  She was the daughter of the late Norbert & Roxye (Zellmer) Worzalla, the youngest of 8 children.  She attended St. Peter's grade school and graduated from Pacelli High School in 1974.

Her marriage to Michael Keel took place on October 7, 1978 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, in a ceremony officiated by her uncle, Father Dennis Worzalla.

She began working in high school at Colorcraft Photo Finishing where she remained for several years, before moving on to Sentry Insurance for almost 20 years.

She enjoyed swimming & picnicking at all the local parks and lakes, cooking, classic rock music, old movies, and relaxing on her deck with friends and family.

Survivors include her husband Michael of Plover, daughter Shawna (Chad Kehl) of Plover, son Taylor (Dawn) of Wausau, fur babies Lacy & Bella.

Also survived by two brothers, Dennis (Mary) Worzalla of Plover and Paul Worzalla of Stevens Point, 3 sisters, Kati Bemowski of Stevens Point, Carol (Denny) Church of Biron, Nancy Millard of Whiting and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Tommy and Jeff and 2 brothers-in-law, Roger Bemowski and Charles Millard.
