Mary A. Danielski, age 88, of Plover, died at her home on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, with her loving family by her side.
Mary was born on July 14, 1934 in Chicago, IL, a daughter of the late Frank and Harriet (Kossowski) Szczepaniak.
As a young child, Mary attended St. John of God Elementary School in Chicago. As many children of that era did, she left school to help attend to family needs, caring for siblings and working to support the family.
On May 16, 1953 at St. John of God Catholic Church, Mary was united in marriage to Emerance E. Danielski. Shortly after their marriage, the couple moved to the Stevens Point area for his work and she stayed at home raising their four children.
Mary was a member of St. Bronislava Catholic Church.
She enjoyed spending time with her loving family, cooking, baking, family cookouts and traveling with Emerance. Her grandchildren were her greatest joy. It was commented that "She had arms long enough to wrap around them all at the same time". It was amazing that the attention given to them was spread out so equally.
She is survived by her children, Alan Danielski of Plover, Michael (Tina) Danielski of Stevens Point, Diane (Todd) Meyer of Stevens Point and Emerance (Marion) Danielski of Stevens Point; her siblings, Loretta (Terry) Totten of Spokane,WA, Edward (Debra) Szczepaniak, of Ruthdrum, ID, Arlene Wollek, of Stuart, FL; 14 grandchildren and their spouses, Brande(Chris)Nicklaus, Steven Stroik, Jason (Kelly) Stroik, Emerance (Sarah) Stroik, Mathew (Erin) Stroik, Casey Chiapuzio, Ryan (Becky)Johnson, Alissa Martin, Molly (Chris) Wendt, Sam Williams, Bethani (Zack) Forester, Trevor Danielski, Tim (Corey) Whitewater and Tisha Camp; 25 great-grandchildren, Lauren, Trenton, Jace, Madeline, Riley, Carly, Ally, Logan, Skylar, Caleb, Atticus, Gareth, Harrison, Landon, Emerance, Henry, Liam, Evelyn, Ella, Ethan, Bryce, Carter, Bailey, Bently and Wyatt; along with numerous other relatives and many friends.
