Melanie "Mel" Miller

Melanie "Mel" Rae Miller, 45, passed away peacefully at her home on August 20th, 2021.

Melanie was born November 21st, 1975 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. She lived in Stockton and graduated from Pacelli High School.

Mel was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt. She loved gardening, cooking and baking, going out on the boat, and camping. She also enjoyed watching her favorite TV shows such as Ryan's Hope, Dog The Bounty Hunter, and any cooking program. She was always very optimistic and strong through the various hardships in her life. Mel loved to crack jokes and shop with her daughter.

She is survived by her parents Gary (Donna Stasko-Shuda) Plahmer, her husband Kevin Miller, her daughter Julian, her sister Karalyn Kluck-Plahmer, and her brother Shawn Borski.

Preceded in death by her loving son; Joseph "Joey" Miller.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 pm on Tuesday August 24, 2021 at the Pisarski Funeral Home at 703 Second St. in Stevens Point.  Burial will take place in the St. Joseph cemetery.  Visitation for family and friends will from 10:00 am until the time of services Tuesday morning at the funeral home.  Pisarski Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family.
