Nancy J. Sheehan

Nancy Sheehan, age 68, of Stevens Point, passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021 at her home with her loving family surrounding her.

She was born on January 2, 1953 in Wisconsin Rapids, a daughter of Wilbur and Margaret (McGinty) Severson.  Nancy attended SS Peter & Paul, Lincoln High School and Graduated from Mid-State Technical College in 1972 as an LPN.

On July 12, 1980, she was united in marriage to Timothy Sheehan at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stevens Point.

Nancy was employed at the Sisters of Saint Joseph of the Third Order and St. Michaels Hospital for many years. Often times her nursing care was extended to off the clock support.

She enjoyed traveling, maintaining and building relationships with a wide range of friends and family, being a grandma to her grandpups and kids, and participating in her Bible study group. Living on the Green Circle, Nancy was able to enjoy it to its fullest.  In the comfort of her home, she was many times found lounging in her favorite nightgowns with the company of dog companions and her husband.

Nancy is survived by; her husband, Timothy; daughters, Emily (Josh) Maske of Edgerton, WI and Catherine (Billy) Gamma of Port Washington, WI; son, Andrew (Farryn Guarino) Sheehan of Stevens Point, WI; her grandchildren, Allison Dayment-Maske and Llewyn and Silas Gamma; brothers, Ed (Jeanne), Bill (Jan) and John (Ana) Severson; sisters, Judy (David) Beine, Jane (John) Szymanski, Ann Weber, Jean (Greg) Keip, and Mary (Doug) Golla; brother-in-law, Mike (Clarice) Sheehan; sister-in-laws, Diane (Larry) Davies, Judy Sheehan; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by; her parents; two brothers-in-law; and her parents-in-law.
