Nancy M. Tokarski

Nancy M. (Marie) Tokarski of Stevens Point passed away peacefully on Saturday April 13, 2024 at Maple Ridge Assisted Living while under the care of Aspirus Hospice, with her loving children at her side. Age 69 Nancy was born November 4, 1954 in Stevens Point. She was the daughter of the late Edmund and Emily (Koback) Tokarski. She attended local grade schools, and later went on to obtain her GED and CNA certification.  Her marriage to William J. Niemczyk took place on August 12, 1972 at St. Peters Catholic church. In her free time, she enjoyed listening to Elvis and gardening, but her most precious time was spending it with her family, as her family was her entire life.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Nancy's name will be established at a later date.

Survivors include her daughter Rachelle Niemczyk and son Jeremy Niemczyk (Patty Kaczmarek) both of Stevens Point, and her two grandson Forrest Thorson and Tyler Niemczyk. Her siblings; Albert Tokarski of Wisconsin Rapids, Frank Tokarski of Cincinnati, OH, Sandra (Ernest) Waltenberg, Cynthia (Kyle) Alexander, Lori (Bob) Raikowski, Edmund Tokarski, Michelle (Mike) Suchon, Lisa Tokarski all of Stevens Point, Richard Tokarski of Wyoming, Debora Nelson of Edmonds, WA. and Michael Tokarski of Dodgeville, Wisconsin.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mass of Christian Burial For Nancy will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 19, 2024 at St. Peters Catholic church-800 4th Avenue Stevens Point. Rev. Todd Mlsna officiating. Burial will follow at a later date. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM Friday in the St. Faustina Room of St. Peter Church until the time for mass.  The Pisarski Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family.
