Patrick R. Kinney

Patrick Kinney, 73, of Stevens Point died suddenly at home on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.

Pat was preceded in death by his father Charles and mother Elaine.  He is survived by his wife; Judy (Niemczyk) Kinney, of 52 years; his daughter Heather (Jeremy) Mrozek; his two sons, Shane (Ali) Kinney and Jason (Joni) Kinney;  his five grandchildren, Jarrett (Harley) Kinney, Chase Kinney, Amber Mrozek, Audrey Mrozek and Cheyenne Kinney; his three great grandchildren Hudson, Brantley and Aria;  he is also survived by his brother, Michael (Haruko) Kinney; along with numerous other relatives and many friends.

Pat loved his time outdoors whether it was cutting wood, riding his lawn mower or spending time out in the woods.  He took pride in his work repairing machinery for local farmers.  But what Pat loved the most was every moment he spent with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  Pat worked at Consolidated Papers/Stora Enzo as a millwright for 39 years until his retirement in 2007.  He will be loved and missed by all.

There will be celebration of life for Pat on Sunday, January 23, 2022 for friends and family at Rusty's Backwater Saloon, 1715 W River Drive W., Stevens Point, from 1-4pm.
