Robert Gosh

Robert "Bob" Gosh, age 68, of Stevens Point, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Robert was born January 25, 1955 and was the son of the late, Prosper and Evelyn (Finnessy) Gosh.

He married Deborah Gosh on November 2, 1974 at St. Mary's of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Fancher.

Bob worked for Michels Materials for many years and retired from there. After taking some time off, Bob went to work in the springtime, for Jay Mar as a deliver driver and for B & B Paving, driving truck. Bob had a very strong work ethic, he always had to be on the go and loved helping others.  He enjoyed his land, making deer plots in his woods and gardening. He loved the outdoors, hunting and was noted for his trapping skills like his father. He especially loved visiting with family and his special friends.

Bob is survived by his wife, Deb; daughters; Julie, Jenny and Mary; his sisters, Patsy (Bob) Charneski and Nancy (Joe) Pavelski; his brother, Mike (Kathy) Gosh; his grandchildren, Emma, Skylar (Louis), Grace, Timmy, Anna and Andy; he is further survived by his parents-in-law, Adolph and Beverly Betro; brother-in-law, Darryl (Michele) Betro; and sister-in-law, Denise Brueckner; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Billy Gosh; his sister, Lucy Gosh; brother-in-law, Duane Betro; and nephew, Ben Betro.

Funeral Services for Robert will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, November 17, 2023 at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home of Plover, 2911 Plover Rd, Plover.

Visitation will be held from 9:00AM until 11:00AM on Friday November 17, 2023 at the Funeral Home. Deacon Todd Hoerter will be officiating.
