Thomas J.  Worzalla

Of Stevens Point passed away unexpectedly Thursday morning at Aspirus St. Michaels Hospital. Age 64 Tom was born October 28, 1959 in Stevens Point. He was the son of the late Thomas P. and Christine (Kranski) Worzalla.

Tom attended local grade schools, graduating from Stevens Point Area Senior High School (SPASH) in 1978.

His marriage to the former Jane Wanta took place on April 27, 1991 in Stevens Point. After their marriage the couple settled in Stevens Point.  Tom worked for Whiting Paper Mill for over 35 years retiring in 2014 In his free time he enjoyed the outdoors hunting and fishing, and loved watching Western movies and spending time with family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Tom's name will be established.

Survivors include his wife Jane, his three sons; Tom (Tamara), Tyler (Mercedes) and Sam. Further survived by his two brothers; Steve (Diane) Worzalla and Jerry (Patti) Worzalla, and his seven sisters; Mary (Mike) Kehrmeyer, Therese Worzalla, Dorothy Worzalla, Barbara Worzalla, Rose Worzalla, Joan (Jerry) Schulfer and Patty (Kevin) Worzalla – Lepper, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Frances "Frannie" Lemaster.
