Thomas M. Jaworski

Thomas M. Jaworski, age 63, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at his family's home in Bevent, Wisconsin.

Tom was born on January 1, 1960 in Chicago, Illinois, a son of Tadeusz and Halina (Skowronska) Jaworski.

He attended local schools in Chicago until his family moved to Central Wisconsin in 1969. He was a graduate of Pacelli High School, class of 1978. At age 8, Thomas began formal piano lessons in Chicago. He studied under Professor Michael Keller at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. With his natural talent, his formal music training took him oversees after high school where he continued his music studies at the prestigious Fryderyk Chopin Conservatory in Warsaw, Poland and the Pedagogy Conservatorio G.B. Martini in Bologna, Italy. After returning to the United States, he continued his education in Indiana and Arizona. Thomas conducted recitals all across the country but his love for family kept him grounded at home in Central Wisconsin. Although trained in classical piano, his love of music connected him with local talent and many musical genres. He was a former member of local bands during high school and later performed with The Spicy Tie Band. In his free time, he enjoyed traveling, gardening and anything associated with music history.

Thomas is survived by his daughter, Sonia Jaworski of Philadelphia, PA; mother, Halina of Bevent; brother Richard of Lake Nebagamon, WI; niece Jessica Jaworski of Burlington, KY, nephew Roger (Alicia) Jaworski of Crystal Falls, MI, nephew Brian Jaworski of McFarland, WI; grandnephew Joseph and, grandnieces Ana, Arwen, Amelé, Alina (Roger and Alicia), along with numerous other relatives in Poland as well as many friends.

He was preceded in death by his father; and his grandparents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Ladislaus Catholic Church, 173141 State Highway 153, Hatley (Bevent), WI 54440 at 11:00AM on Friday, May 19, 2023 with Reverend Fr. Augustine Bentil officiating. A private family burial will take place in the Parish Cemetery at a later date.

Family and friends are invited to a Visitation on Friday at the church from 9:30AM until the time of the Mass.
