"For God so loved the world that he gave his only son so that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life"( John 3:16). Travina believed in Him and didn't just believe, but showed who God was and how deeply He loved.
Travina Rayne Chandler was a radiant young woman. A loving daughter, sister, and genuine friend to many. Travina was extraordinary. If you met her you would never forget because she leaves her own unique mark everywhere she goes. She was passionate- she was an artist, a trendsetter, an activist, and a musician. She was an angel on earth and had a voice and personality to match it.She loved to sing anywhere and everywhere she could. She would dance and make tiktok's. She was an amazing cook and always loved surprising her family and friends with delicious tasting food and especially desserts.
Travina was resilient and independent, a rock that couldn't be shaken and a force to be reckoned with. A young confident woman who was sure of herself, assertive and strong. She was gentle, compassionate and wise. She was a natural caregiver who cared for her family and everyone around her. Travina always gave away more than she had because she knew how it felt to not have anything. She was selfless. Travina always had the best stories, and always knew how to make people laugh. She was a light in the lives of so many, to some, she was the only light they had in a dark moment.
She just knew exactly what to say and handled everything with pure grace and genuine love.
Travina will forever be a light in our lives. She is remembered by her parents Gloria Orlando and Norman Chandler, and her 9 siblings Victoria Krueger, Nathaniel Ortiz, Samantha Arista, Nekeeya Chandler, Zion Harris, John Harris, Divinity Harris, Faith and Imani Sanchez.
The best bible verse that comes to describing her and how she lived out her life would be this:" Be kind to one another tenderhearted forgiving each other just as God in Christ has forgiven you"
(Ephesians 4:32). She always forgave right away and knew when someone was hurting to just pray for them and show them kindness so that they may be able to find their strength when they are weak. She received God's grace and mercy and shared it with everyone in her life just as she shared everything she had.
