Veronica D. "Grandma T" Tuskowski

Of Stevens Point passed away early Sunday morning, November 7, 2021 at Edgewater Haven in Port Edwards. Age 91 Veronica was born August 17, 1930 in Rosholt.

She was the daughter of the late David and Lucy (Rybicki) Omernick.

Her marriage to Ralph D. Tuskowski took place on November 6, 1948 at St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Rosholt. Her husband Ralph preceded her in death on May 17, 2014.

Veronica worked for Worzalla Publishing for a number of years, and also helped her husband run the Sportsman's Bar in Rosholt. In her free time Veronica enjoyed sewing and crafting, doing word search puzzles, baby sitting and loved her dogs.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Veronica's name will be established at a later date.

Survivors include her children; Karen (Ron) Edelson of Stevens Point, Dennis (Toniete) Tuskowski of the Philippines, Gary (Sue) Tuskowski of Stevens Point and Wayne (Jodi) Tuskowski of Plover, along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph, one son Randy E. Tuskowski, her sister Mary Schmidt, one brother Joe Omernick and her Step Father Tony Zywicki.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Friday, November 12, 2021 at the Pisarski Funeral Home, 703 2nd Street, Stevens Point. Deacon Ray Heitzinger officiating. Burial will be in the St. Adalbert Catholic Church Parish Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. Friday morning at the funeral home until the time of services.
