William "Bill" Kluck

William "Bill" F. Kluck, age 85, of Stevens Point, died peacefully on Friday Oct. 22, 2021 at Maple Ridge assisted living in Plover.  Bill was born June 7, 1936 in Stevens Point.

He is the son of the late Benjamin M. & Stella C. (Hoffman) Kluck.

Bill moved to Wausau with his parents in 1938.  He attended public and parochial schools in Wausau. He later moved to Plover with his parents and attended old Roosevelt Grade School and graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School in 1953.

He enlisted in the US Army in Jan 1954 and served for 30 months in Germany.  He was honorably discharged Dec. of 1956.

His marriage to Patricia Bukowski took place on June 6, 1959, the couple later divorced.  His marriage to Judith "Judy" McIntyre took place in September of 1980 in Stevens Point.  Judith died Dec. 30, 2018.

He owned and operated the Golden Nugget Bar in Stevens Point from 1976 to 1983.  He also worked at Consolidated Papers from 1959-1998.  Bill enjoyed making people laugh and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his four children; Denise Borland of Rosholt, Dwayne (Cindy) Kluck of Amherst, Karen Kluck of Stevens Point and Randy (Renee Fischer) Kluck of Congress, AZ.  His four Step-Children; Dale (Tammy) Garski of DePere, Patrick (Lisa) Garski of Plover, Sharon (Louis) Gollon of Stevens Point and Russell (Tina Thrasher) Garski of Plover.  He is further survived by many, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the staff at Maple Ridge Assisted Living for their compassionate care and a special thank you to Christine with hospice for all the loving time and care with our father during his final days.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday October 26, 2021 at the Pisarski Funeral Home at 703 Second St. in Stevens Point.  Visitation for family and friends will be from 9:30 AM until the time of services Tuesday morning at the funeral home.  Pisarski Funeral home is honored to be serving the family.
