Bill leaves behind his wife Sheila, daughters Jolene and Jill, five grandchildren who he lovingly called "The Little Guys": Paisley, Willow, Paxton, Aliyah, and Prentiss.
Bill is also survived by his mother, Louise Raikowski, and twelve brothers & sisters: Frank (Cherie) Raikowski, Jerome (Bonnie) Raikowski, Davey (Margaret) Raikowski, Cindi (Rick) Martin, Mary (Scott) Wanta, Deb (Ken) Laczkowski, Randy (Lisa) Raikowski, Dawn (Mike) Jenner, Jack (Melinda) Raikowski, Peggy (Roland) McMahon, Bob (Lori) Raikowski, and Kevin (Carita) Raikowski, as well as aunts/uncles, many nieces/nephews, cousins, and treasured friends.
Bill was preceded in death by his father Dave "Chief" Raikowski, his grandparents, son-in-law Harry, mother-in-law Linnie, sister-in-law Shirley, and brothers-in-law Jim, Bryan, Chad, and Butch.
Bill's children & grandchildren were the lights of his life. He was also very proud to have been raised with so many brothers & sisters, always claiming he was the heaviest baby and the 'best looking" of the group. He loved being called "Wild Bill" (or "Wild Will"), and these were fitting nicknames due to his incredible zest for life. Bill wasn't camera shy, loved to tell stories that would make people laugh, and never met a stranger. Bill was hard working with a serious side also and would do anything to help someone in need.
Hunting/fishing and the camaraderie that those activities included were the highlights of his years. Every hunting/fishing season meant more memories being made and stories to be told.
Crack open a cold one, maybe crank up some Conway, and recount your special memories with Bill, and remember that he'd want you to have a 'couple' for him also.
