Agnes T. Janiszewski:
Formerly of 464 Sixth Avenue, Stevens Point, died Thursday morning, Sep. 16, 2010, at Care Partners Living Center in Whiting. Age 88. Agnes was born June 4, 1922, in Stevens Point. She was the daughter of the late Peter and Lucy (Zdrojewski) Sigman. She attended St. Peter's Grade School and Grant School.
Her marriage to John Janiszewski took place on September 13, 1937, at St. Peter's Catholic Church. After their marriage, the couple settled in Stevens Point. Her husband, John, died December 20, 2005. Agnes worked for Normington Cleaners over seventeen years. She was a member of St. Peter's Rosary Society Rose No. 11 and the Catholic Women's Club. She was also a member of the St. Peter's Choir for many years.
Survivors include many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, September 18, 2010, at St. Peter Catholic Church. Rev. Kevin C. Louis officiating. Burial will be in the Guardian Angel Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 9:00 AM Saturday in the Faustina Room of the church until the time for Mass.
