Anthony “Tony” Rucinski, 87 of Stevens Point, passed away on May 4, 2026.
He was born on November 16, 1938 to the late Joseph and Anna (Gburek) Rucinski. He was proud of his large family and his Polish heritage. His faith was very important to him. Anthony was a lifelong member of Saint Casimir’s Catholic Church.
Anthony worked for Joern’s, the town of Dewey, but most of all he loved being a farmer. Anthony enjoyed listening to polka music, playing cards, telling jokes, and being with family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jane, his devoted children, Mary (Patrick) Klismith, Bernice (Robert) Kranski, and Anthony Junior. He is further survived by his grandsons, Matthew and Kevin Kranski, and Aaron Klismith. He is also survived by his sisters, Gertie Buelow, Grace (Albin) Cisewski, and Theresa Kussman; brother-in-law, Harry Cisewski, and sisters-in-law, Annie, Bonnie, and Carol Rucinski. Godchildren, Jacki Mabrey, and Jeff Cisewski. Also, he is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Anthony was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Anna. His seven brothers, John, Casimir (Louelle), Frank, Steve, Edward, Louis, and Joseph Jr. his four sisters Elizabeth (Carl) Pawelski, Regina (Ed) Nagrocki, Anna Cisewski, Diane (Leroy) Iczkowski. Brothers-in-law, Al Buelow and Glenn Kussman.
The family would like to thank Fr. John Potaczek, Cindy and the staff at Timber Ridge Health and Rehabilitation, the medical staff at Aspirus Hospital in Stevens Point, and Pisarski Funeral Homes for all the help and support they gave our family.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Tony will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 8, 2026 at St. Casimir's Catholic Church, 203 Casimir Road, Stevens Point. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Burial to follow in the parish cemetery. Pisarski Funeral Homes are honored to be serving the Rucinski Family.
