ANTHONY "TONY" R. WROBLEWSKI:
Of Stevens Point, died Tuesday afternoon at his home surrounded by his family while under the care of Ministry Hospice of Portage County.

AGE 76. Tony was born November 6, 1930 in Stevens Point. He was the son of the late Anton & Agnes (NEE: Przybylski) Wroblewski. He attended local grade schools, and graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School in 1949.

Tony served for 10 years in the National Guard.

His marriage to Evelyn Glodowski took place on April 14, 1951 at St. Peter's Catholic Church. After their marriage, the couple settled in Milwaukee, returning to Stevens Point in 1992. His wife, Evelyn, died April 3, 1997. Tony then married Doris Jean (NEE Charles) Oligney on July 17, 1999 at St. Vincent Catholic church in Wisconsin Rapids. After their marriage, the couple settled in Stevens Point. His wife Jean survives.

Tony worked as a lumberjack in Ely, Minnesota, after graduation from High School. He then worked for Jaeger Bakery in Milwaukee for 26 years, then for Cutler & Hammer and Eaton Company of Milwaukee until his retirement in 1992.

Tony was an avid sportsman, who enjoyed hunting and fishing.

many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by: 2 brothers, Eric and Leonard Wroblewski, a sister and brother-in-Law,
Genevieve and Joseph Barwick, and a step son-in-law, Russ Miltimore.

FUNERAL MASS: 11:00 AM FRIDAY AT SACRED HEART CATHOLIC CHURCH IN POLONIA. REV. MARCIN MANKOWSKI OFFICIATING. BURIAL IN THE GUARDIAN ANGEL CEMETERY. FAMILY AND FRIENDS MAY CALL FROM 9:30 AM FRIDAY AT SACRED HEART CHURCH UNTIL THE TIME FOR MASS. THE PISARSKI/DZIKOSKI FUNERAL HOME OF STEVENS POINT IS ASSISTING THE FAMILY WITH ARRANGEMENTS.
