Charles P. "Chucky" Glodowski

Charles P. "Chucky" Glodowski, age 57, of Stevens Point, died Thursday, June 14, 2018 at the Portage County Health Care Center with his loving family by his side.

Charles was born on April 29, 1961 in Stevens Point the son of Valerian "Vilas" and Cecilia (Bigalke) Glodowski.

Chucky attended St. Peters Catholic School and Pacelli High School.

He was employed at Roberts Irrigation until his health forced him into retirement. Chuck enjoyed trips up North to his brother's cottage fishing, the outdoors hunting, an occasional trip to the casino, golfing and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his brothers, Valerian (Delores), Richard (Betty), Thomas (Sherry), George (Tharcy), Michael (Scott), Fred (Kathy) and Daniel (Julie) Glodowski; Sisters, Joan (Richard) Pogorzelski, Rose Mary Kranski, Kathleen (Wilbur) Smith and Susan Janiszewski; long time girlfriend, Lisa Haessley; his best friend, Richard "Rufus" Konopacki; numerous other relatives and friends.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Arthur Bigalke; sisters, Therese Glodowski and Patricia (Edwin) Milanowski; brothers-in-law, Clarence Kranski and Andrew Janiszewski; numerous other relatives.

Funeral services will be at Pisarski Funeral Home, 703 Second Street, Stevens Point on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 11:00AM with Deacon Vern Linzmeier officiating. Burial will be in the Guardian Angel Cemetery.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 9:00AM until the time of the service at the Funeral Home on Tuesday.
