Conrad J. Lepinski, age 86,
Plover, went home peacefully in his sleep on Monday, September 20, 2010 at Whispering Pines Assisted Living Center in Plover.

Conrad was born March 31, 1924 in Plover to the late Theodore and Kunegunda "Kinga" (Herman) Lepinski.

He attended local schools, and graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School in 1943.

His marriage to his soul mate, Alice Stroik, took place on November 29, 1947 at St. James Catholic Church in Amherst; the couple then settled in Plover.

His wife preceded him in death on May 23, 2000.

After building their house together and raising their children, Conrad and Alice spent a lot of time fishing, playing cards, gardening and going on trips together. He especially enjoyed woodworking, fly fishing
and deer hunting, picking mushrooms, building and spending time with his family and friends.

Conrad worked for Consolidated Papers for many years until his retirement in 1976 and then began his Saw Sharpening Business.

Survivors include his loving children: Barb (Duane) Jensen of Amherst, Kenneth (Leah) Lepinski of Whiting and Patricia (Brian) Bagley of Lanark.

He is further survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren and three
sisters: Germaine (Adolph) Brillowski, Marcella Newby and Elaine Getzloff all of Plover.

Conrad was preceded in death by two brothers, Carl and Stanley.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Conrad's name will be established at a later date.

The family would like to thank Minstry Hospice and the staff of Whispering Pines for the gentle, loving care given to their father the past several years.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday, September 23, 2010 at St. Bronislava Catholic Church. Rev. James Trempe officiating. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 9:30 AM Thursday at St. Bronislava Church until the time of Mass. Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.pisarskifuneralhome.com.
