David J. Dulak age 62, of Plover, passed away Saturday Aug. 15, 2015 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King in Waupaca after a 2 year battle with ALS.
He was born June 22, 1953 in Stevens Point, WI. to the late John and Gertrude (Levandowski) Dulak. On June 12, 1989, he married Lori Rozak, whom later divorced.
David served in the U.S. Navy from Feb. 1st 1972 until Jan. 31st 1975 as a Signalman (SM3) for the USS Shreveport; and continued serving in the Navy Reserve until 1978.
He worked as a mason for A-1 Masonry for many years. In 1997 he went to work for H.O. Wolding, until his complications from ALS made him unable to work.
David enjoyed fishing, playing cards, watching the Packers, Brewers, and Bucks while enjoying an ice cold beer. But he especially loved spending time with his kids. Watching them play softball, run track, sing in choir, cooking with his daughter every weekend, or just sitting around talking. He loved his kids above all else.
