Diane Koscielski

Diane M. Koscielski , 68, of Plover, died Sunday, July 16, 2017, at Maple Ridge Assisted Living in Plover.

She was born on Nov. 23, 1948, in Stevens Point, to the late Charles and Evelyn (Stroik) Koscielski. She trained as a certified nursing assistant and had worked at Ministry St. Michael's Hospital in Stevens Point.

Survivors include her son, Danny Sobczak; son, Wayne Sobczak (and his son, Maximus); brother; Duane (Shirley) Koscielski (and their daughter, Jennifer).

The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at Pisarski Funeral Home, 703 Second Street, Stevens Point. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Pisarski Funeral Homes & Cremation Center are honored to be assisting the family.
