Irene H. Homrich
Of Stevens Point, died Sunday afternoon, October 4, 2009 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Age 88. Irene was born January 7, 1921 in Grantsburg, WI. She was the daughter of the late Alfred and Matilda West. Her husband, Bernard, and daughter, Marie, preceded her in death.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to the Portage County Right to Life would be appreciated.
Survivors include her two daughters, Rene (Phillip) Iannarelli of Rhinelander and Grace (William) Spitz of Stevens Point. Her five grandchildren, Dominic and Carmen Iannarelli, Greta (Martin) Densham, Erica (Toby) Oldham and Aerin Spitz.
One great-grandson, Rhys Oldham.
One sister, Grace West of California.
Funeral Mass will be 3:30 P.M. Tuesday at St. Peter's Catholic Church in the basement Chapel. Family and Friends may call from 1:30 P.M. Tuesday afternoon in the Church basement until the time for Mass. A Parish Rosary will be said at 2:30 P.M. A private family burial will take place at a later date in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Parish Cemetery in New Richmond, WI.
