Jane Rose Augustinak (Kosmalski), age 83, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2016 at St. Michael's Hospital in Stevens Point, WI.

Jane was born on June 16, 1932 at St. Michael's Hospital. She was the only child of Barney and Rose Kosmalski and was a wonderful caring daughter to her parents throughout their lives.

Jane attended St. Peter's Catholic School through 8th grade and St. Joseph's Academy for high school.

Jane married Stanley Augustinak on April 28, 1950 at St. Peter's Church. They had three beautiful daughters – Marie, Kathleen and Patricia

Jane lived her life devoted to God and her family. She was an avid church goer, a lifetime member of the Rosary Society, and participated in PTA meetings when her daughters were in school.

Throughout her life, Jane loved to travel to watch her grandkids play sports and visit her kids and grandkids in Milwaukee and Madison. She was so proud of all of her family's accomplishments and had a "Wall of Fame" that included newspaper clippings and pictures of her pride and joy. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and was a giving, caring, kind-hearted wife, mother and grandmother.

Jane lived to serve her family – she took pride in her clean house and home-cooked meals, always had cookies in the cookie jar, buckets of change to use for all the games the family liked to play, and toothbrushes for each visitor. She was an expert sock matcher, loved to shop for bargains, watch the Packers play with her husband, Stanley, and do the Busha Shuffle.

Jane is survived by her 3 daughters Marie Konkol (Ron), Kathleen Cashin (Tom), Patricia Dahl (Tom); 10 grandchildren: Sean, Rebecca, Kristofer, Andrew, Ahern, Zachary, Justin, Jonathan, Isaac and Emma; and 11 great-grandchildren: Mackenzie, Brycen, Malaina, Davis, Kaydence, Aidan, Kennedy, Connelly, Wiley, Jillian and Mila.

Jane is preceded in death by her husband Stanley, her granddaughter Hannah Margaret Dahl, and her brothers-in-law Carl Zurawski and Joseph Misiewicz.

Family and friends will gather on Thursday, January 28, 2016, in the St. Faustina Room at St. Peter's Church for visitation from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Arul Joseph V. officiating. Burial will follow mass at the Guardian Angel Cemetery.

Memorials in Jane's name will be donated to Lewy Body Dementia Research.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to all of Jane's doctors and nurses who provided wonderful care for her over the past few years, with a special thank you to her private care provider, Lois.
