Age 92, of Stevens Point, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at Whispering Pines Assisted Living Center in Plover.

Lillian was born in Arnott, Wisconsin on January 22, 1921. She was the daughter of the late Victor and Antoinette (Groholski) Shulfer.

On June 29, 1940 she married Nicholas Kizewski at St. Mary's of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Fancher. He preceded her in death on October 26, 2001.

Lillian loved playing Bingo, listening to Polkas, baking, knitting and crocheting. She was also a dress maker and was very talented in decorating wedding cakes.

She was a proud member of the St. Bronislava PCCW and the Arnott Lioness Club.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ministry Home Care Hospice Services in Plover.

Survivors include two sons: Jim (Melanie) Kizewski and Randy (Kari) Kizewski both of Stevens Point. Three daughters: Bernice "Dolly" (Ben) Sankey of Stevens Point, Jane Holy of Pittsville, WI, and Bernelle "Cookie" (Gary) Milan of Amherst, WI, and one son-in-law: Ron Tallafuss of Stevens Point.

Further survived by twenty grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, and one sister: Georgiann Singer of Arnott.

Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Nick, one daughter, Diane Tallafuss, two brothers, Harold and Ray Shulfer, and one sister, Evelyn Adams.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover. Rev. Greg Bohren officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Bronislava Parish Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 9:00 A.M. Wednesday morning at the Church until the time for mass. The Pisarski Community Funeral Home of Plover is honored to be serving the family.
