Lori A. (Trzebiatowski) Zinda, age 48, of Bancroft, WI, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born May 21, 1964 in Stevens Point. Daughter of Casmir Trzebiatowski and Delores Petrick.

Her marriage to Kevin Zinda took place on Aug. 12, 1989 in Plover, WI; he survives.

Lori was employed as a Teachers Aide at Plover Whiting elementary school for 8 years. She was a Girl Scout leader for 5 years, PTO President at Plover Whiting School for 3 years and was very involved with the Ben Franklin and SPASH dance teams. Lori created the Page Masters Reading Program at Plover Whiting elementary school and was the major leader in the fund raising for the new running track at Plover Whiting school.

She enjoyed scrapbooking, playing games, camping and especially spending time with her family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to Plover Whiting School would be appreciated.

Survivors include her husband: Kevin, her children: Joshua, Lacey, Krista and Tanner.

One brother: Joe (Julie) Trzebiatowski of Combined Locks, WI. Four sisters: Carla (B.J.)
Turzinski of Almond, Sandy (Kevin) Krogwold, Lisa (Jeff) Ligman & Lynn (Simon) Blanton all of Amherst. Her father: Casmir (Germaine) Trzebiatowski of Custer, her mother: Delores Petrick and family friend Vicki Turner both of Appleton, maternal grandmother: Florence Petrick of Bancroft, and also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her Godson: Alan Zinda, maternal grandfather: Joseph Petrick and paternal grandparents: Anton & Martha Trzebiatowski.

Funeral Mass: 10:30 am Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia. Rev. Marcin Mankowski Officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm Friday at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home at 2911 Plover Road in Plover; and from 9:00 am until the time of services Saturday morning at the Church. A general rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm Friday at the funeral home.
