Lou Miller, age 82, of Stevens Point, died late Friday evening, Oct. 9, 2009, at St. Michael's Hospital.
Lou was born on Feb. 19, 1927, in Rockton, to the late Willard and Barbara (Bruckner) Frye. On June 22, 1967, she was married to Warren "Bud" Miller in Janesville. Bud preceded her in death on March 3, 1999.
Together, Lou and Bud were proprietors of "The Log Cabin" night club in Janesville for many years before retiring to Trempealeau.
Lou enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandra (James) Wesley of Stevens Point; son, Ronny (Nancy) Jergenson of Goldsboro, NC; son, Dennis (Kathy) Jergenson of Waddell, AZ; son, Michael (Karen) Miller of Madison; sister, Rose Mary (Lyle) Kuhl of Tomah; brother, Albert (Margaret) Frye of Edgerton; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Lou was preceded in death by seven siblings.
The family thanks the staff of Harmony Commons and St. Michael's Hospital in Stevens Point for their care of Lou.
