Lucy Lorraine Hoffman

Lucy Lorraine Hoffman, 7 months, of Stevens Point earned her angel wings and went home to Jesus, while in the arms of her loving parents on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the Marshfield Medical Center.

Lucy was born on October 15, 2017 in Wisconsin Rapids, and was the beautiful daughter of Jeffrey and Valerie (Olszewski) Hoffman.

During her seven short months here on earth she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Lucy loved to be bounced by her mommy and daddy, enjoyed getting hugs and kisses from her family and listening and copying sounds she heard from her grandparents. Her giggles and laughter were contagious. She enjoyed dancing as her mommy sang her songs telling her to, "shake your booty", and being told "I love you" an infinite amount of times.

Lucy is survived by her parents; maternal grandparents, David and LuAnn Olszewski; paternal grandmother, Melanie (Mark Pliska) Hoffman; Aunts and Uncles, Veronica (Don Wagner) Olszewski, Victoria (Troy Zagrzebski and son Creed) Olszewski, Michael (Brittney Keuntjes) Olszewski and Wendy (Nate) Budsberg; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Ricky D. Hoffman; and both of her maternal great grandparents.

Funeral services will be held at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church (Mill Creek), 2493 County Rd. M, Stevens Point at 11:00AM on Friday, May 25, 2018 with Deacon Dick Rozumalski presiding. Burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a visitation at the Pisarski Funeral Home, 703 Second Street, Stevens Point from 4:00PM – 7:00PM on Thursday, May 24, 2018 with a rosary service at 7:00PM. Visitation continues at the Church from 9:30AM until the time of the service on Friday.

Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Lucy's name are encouraged to bring a book, stuffed animal, clothes or toy for us to donate to the Pediatric Marshfield Medical Center, PICU/NICU and the Ronald McDonald House.
