Michael R. Trowbridge, 54, of Stevens Point, died Monday, July 22, 2013, at home.
He was born on Sep. 29, 1958, in Ancon, Canal Zone (Republic of Panama), to the late Ralph and Nelda (Crawford) Trowbridge.
His interests were rebuilding cars, watching movies, construction and being a handyman.
Survivors include his son, John Lila of Stevens Point; daughters, Sarah (Hank) Zblewski of Amherst, and Tiffany (fiancée Brandon Strebe) Wise of Wausau; brother, Gary Trowbridge of Reklaw, Texas; sisters, Rhonda (Todd) Emory of Crown Point, Indiana, Michele Trowbridge of Kankakee, Illinois, and Tanya (Brad) Conover of Chicago, Illinois. He is further survived by nine grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his fiancée, Peggy Winger.
A memorial service for Michael will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, July 28, 2013, at the Family Church, 3017 Church Street, Stevens Point, with Pastor Ray Haas officiating. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. Sunday at the church. Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home, Stevens Point, assisted the family with arrangements.
