Myron M. Herman:

88, formerly of Arnott, died Sunday, July 25, 2010 at Maple Ridge Memory Care in Plover. He was residing at Maple Ridge Memory Care for several years. Born November 20, 1921 in the town of Stockton. Son of the late John & Mathilda (Gosh) Herman.

His marriage to Ernestine Laskowski took place on February 5, 1945 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Stevens Point; after the marriage, the couple lived in Arnott all their married life. His wife, Ernestine, died on November 8, 1995.

Myron was a milk hauler, custom farm worker, cash crop farmer and was in the Cattle Truck Hauling business until his retirement.

Survivors include one brother: John Jr. (Lucille) Herman of Stevens Point. Two sisters: Ramona Konkol of Stevens Point and Ann (John) Britz of Stevens Point. Sister-in-law: Bernice Rogowski of Stevens Point. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two brothers: Raymond and Edward (Philomen) Rogowski and a brother-in-law: Sylvester Konkol.

The family would like to thank the staff at Maple Ridge Memory Care for the wonderful care they gave Myron and Ministry Home Care Hospice Services.

Funeral Mass: 10:30am Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at St. Mary's of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Fancher. Rev. Robert Konkol officiating.

Burial in the Guardian Angel Cemetery. Visitation on Wednesday from 9:00am until time of services at the church.
