Patricia M. Herman, age 62, of Black River Falls, and formerly of Stevens Point, WI died Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009 in the Black River Memorial Hospital.
She was born on July 4, 1947, in Stevens Point to Walter E. and Agnes M. (Zblewski) Herman. She lived her first five years with her parents, and then Patricia resided at Northern Colony in Chippewa Falls, Madison, and Black River Falls.
In Black River Falls, she was a former resident at the Family Heritage Care Center. At the time of her death, she resided at Heatherwood Adult Family Home in the Town of Brockway.
Patricia was a happy and very loving person with dark, bright eyes. She loved attention, and she liked to occasionally tease her caregivers. Her personality made other people feel happy.
Surviving are her sister, Judy (Leroy) Breske, East Moline, Il.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be at 11 A.M. Friday, Oct. 2, 2009, at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home in Stevens Point. Services will be conducted by Rev. Kevin Louis. Burial of cremains will take place on Monday, Oct. 5th in the Guardian Angel Cemetery in Stevens Point. Relatives and friends may call at Torgerson's Funeral Home (715-284-4321), 408 N. Water St. in Black River Falls on Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009, from noon until 1 P.M. and at Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home (715-344-4595), 703 Second St., Stevens Point on Friday from 9:30 A.M. until the time of services.
The family would like to express their thanks and deep gratitude to all of Patricia's many caregivers, guardians, doctors, and nurses.
