Grandma
In the circle of life, each one of us is given a time to die,
it's so hard to be strong, but we try not to cry.
A good life you've had, you've touched us all.
Your garden and flowers in the summer, fresh apple crisp in the fall.
An encouraging word, tough but true,
and your smile and laugh to comfort when we felt blue.
We"ll miss you, but we know we must say good-bye,
for you're with grandpa, heels on, ready for the big dance party in the sky.
Love you grandma
