Raymond Raflik, 90, of Stevens Point, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, on December 1, 2025.
Raymond was born August 16, 1935 to Stanley & Regina (Dulak) Raflik, 4th oldest of 11 siblings and the last to be born at home in Mill Creek, WI. On February 6, 1960 he married the love of his life, Alice Richter at St. Adalbert’s Catholic Church near Rosholt and together they raised 7 wonderful children in Milwaukee, WI where he became an avid Brewers and Packers fan with deer hunting his passion. Ray had a very strong Catholic faith, proudly served his country and his family was his treasure. He was very proud of his family and Polish heritage; tracing his family roots back to 18th century Poland.
Ray graduated from P.J. Jacob’s High School in 1954 and in October of that year enlisted in the U.S. Air Force near the end of the Korean War. He founded Rangers of the Woods, a conservation club to promote hunter safety and conservation initiatives.
Ray worked as a Tool & Die Maker for the Allen-Bradley Co. in Milwaukee and retired from Delphi Corp. in Oak Creek, WI after working there for 25 years. After retiring, he returned to his homestead in Mill Creek where he spent his younger days enjoying hunting, fishing and trapping.
