Rita Slowinski:
Age 83, of Stevens Point, died Monday, Sept. 27, 2010 at her residence. She was under the care of her loving family and Ministry Home Care Hospice Services.
Her marriage to George Slowinski took place on June 12, 1945 at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Mill Creek. He died Sept. 11, 1990.
Rita and her husband farmed all of their lives in the Town of Carson.
Survivors include One Daughter: Georgiann (Eugene) Jazdzewski of Stevens Point, and Two Sons: Tom (Judie) and David (Sara) Slowinski both of Stevens Point. 7 Grandchildren, 2 Step-Grandchildren & 8 Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral Mass: 11:00 AM Thursday at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Mill Creek. Rev. John Potaczek Officiating. Private family burial in Guardian Angel Cemetery. Visitation from 9:30 AM until the time of services Thursday morning at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial in her name will be established at a later date.
